Canada

Designed by George Stanley back in 1965, the official Canadian flag features an 11-point maple leaf. A red flag with the middle being blocked out by a white square. Up until 1964, Canada did not have an official flag, so Prime Minister, Lester B. Parson formed a committee in which they narrowed down to three possible flags. Based on the Royal Military College of Canada, the flag features the common vertical triband seen through out Europe.
